Pakistan and the United Kingdom have agreed to continue to work together for further strengthening bilateral relations. The consensus was expressed at a meeting between Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal and UK’s Minister of State for Commonwealth and UN Lord Tariq Ahmad in London. Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi will represent Pakistan in the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland. UNITED NATIONS: The UN Security Council is planning to visit Afghanistan for an update of the situation in war-torn Afghanistan, Kazakhstan’s UN Ambassador Kairat Umarov said.
