A ceremony was held at Pakistan’s Embassy in Dakar, Senegal in connection with Pakistan Day.
Pakistan’s Ambassador to Senegal Muhammad Imran Mirza hoisted the national flag.
The messages of President and Prime Minister of Pakistan were read out on this occasion.
In Singapore Pakistan Day was also celebrated with traditional zeal and fervour.
The High Commissioner Nasrullah Khan hoisted the flag.
Addressing the ceremony the High Commissioner highlighted importance of the day and progress Pakistan has made in diverse sectors.
Pakistani community in Singapore attended the ceremony.
